Autumn is the best season for saury! The smelled grilled of saury is so appetizing, but this year sauries are very expensive here. And there is very skinny saury today though I wanted to eat fat and juicy one.
Smoked salmon marinated and cooked beans are for sidedish. The rice looks brown, doesn’t it? I usually add mochi mugi (sticky barley) for rice because mochi mugi has more fibers than only white rice. It’s good for your health. Especially good for people who have diabetes. About 30% mochi mugi is just right!
